If your TrackPath account has been locked due to unpaid invoices, follow these steps to unlock it:
Step 1: Get your unpaid invoices
First, you’ll need to retrieve all unpaid invoices from your TrackPath account:
- Log into TrackPath and go to your account page under the Accounts menu item on the left navigation bar.
- Once you’re on your account page, click the “Manage Subscription” button:
- Now you’ll see a summary of your subscription information, click the “Manage billing details and invoices” button:
- The billing management portal will open and you can scroll to the bottom to view a full history of invoices and receipts.

Step 2: Email the invoices to your billing department
Once you have downloaded all unpaid invoices:
- Email ALL unpaid invoices to the company or organization that processes direct billing for your TrackPath subscription.
- VERY IMPORTANT: You must CC
[email protected]
on this email. - Include a brief message explaining that your TrackPath account is locked and you need these invoices processed for payment.
Step 3: Account will be unlocked
Once we receive the email with the unpaid invoices (and confirm you’ve CC’d us), we will unlock your TrackPath account.
