If you’d prefer to move your subscription payments from a credit card to direct billing, you can easily update your billing method from your TrackPath account.
- First, log into TrackPath and navigate to your account settings page by clicking Account in the left navigation menu.
- Once you’re on your account page, click the Manage Subscription button located at the top right.
- Next, select the Change plan link on your subscription summary page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the available plan options and select the Direct billing option.
- Finally, click Subscribe to confirm the change.
That’s it! Invoices will be emailed to you each month, and then you can forward them to your organization so the invoice can be paid.
