How does my account pay for TrackPath?
Once your account is set up in TrackPath, you can use your Purchasing Card, any credit card, or your company's Accounts Payable to pay for TrackPath. Once subscribed, you will be automatically billed each month.
Does my account have to commit to TrackPath for a certain amount of time?
Yes, TrackPath requires a minimum 1-year commitment. The amount you pay for TrackPath is based on the highest number of associates your account will have in a given year.
How do I get started with TrackPath?
Click on the 'Request access' button at the top or bottom of this page and fill out the form. We'll be in touch as soon as possible to finish your account setup.
How do I add associates to TrackPath?
Once your account has been created, you can import associates to TrackPath. You'll need to upload the “Associate Group Summary Report” from PeopleHub. This can be done any number of times, free of charge.
Is there a benefit to signing up for TrackPath now?
Yes! Signing up now not only gives you a chance to get acquainted with TrackPath before the semester begins but will give you the opportunity to input all previous occurrences during the slower summer period.
How will an account be charged if they have multiple complexes or campuses?
Accounts with multiple complexes or campuses will need separate subscriptions. This will ensure the correct management team is assigned to the correct complex.
